It is with great regret that I advise all personnel that Senior Firefighter Lauro “Laurie” Gosetti (Reg No 3973) passed away on 15 February 2014.
He was stationed at 41D and had been suffering for some time with cancer, he had recently resigned from the MFB whilst he was battling with this illness.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him as he was a highly respected firefighter in the Western District.
