It is with deepest sympathy and respect that l advise all personnel that retired Superintendent Brian Foote (Reg: 2531) passed away on Friday 29 March 2013.
Brian joined the MFB on 8 August 1969 and retired on 30 September 1998 after 29 years of service to the Brigade and the community. Brian was always a “D” Platoon man, when he was on shift, and, with promotion to Superintendent, moved onto day duty where he served at the Fire Protection Division and Northern Zone Command.
